Joseph Hofmarcher is an official delegate from Ybbsitz to the assemblies of the Ring of European Cities of Iron Works since Donezk 2012. He is a metal designing architect and cultural worker.

For the Ring of European Cities of Iron Works, the Eisenstraße Niederösterreich, and the Schmiedezentrum Ybbsitz, Joseph worked on several project. Such as: IronCamp Symposium, European Iron Academy, Coworking Eisenstraße, curating of exhibitions and podiums.
